Our surf instructors are also competent SUP users and can teach you the best techniques to get used to paddleboarding.
Our SUP lessons are condition dependent due to Fistral having the most consistent waves in the U.K. However, on smaller/flat days it is a beautiful way to explore the Cornish Coastline. The 2 hour lesson comes with all the equipment you will need as well as access to our changing rooms, lockers & hot showers.
All our instructors are qualified beach lifeguards and ISA surf instructors with a real passion for surfing and have full DBS
Fistral beach is the home of British surfing so what better place to learn?! We’ve been operating for over 20 years and have a strong dedicated team with a wealth of knowledge. If you’re wanting to explore the stunning coastline of Fistral then a SUP lesson is just what you need. We can facilitate for families, friends and individuals with discounts available for larger groups. Children must be aged 8 and above to join and participants will have to bring their own towel and swimwear.
